Bell & Flag is designed for a parent or guardian to operate. Children use the books and printed materials with their parent; the service does not provide child logins.
The account stores your email, principal and optional co-principal names, school name and address, and the student names, grades, and optional boy/girl selection you enter. Your calendar, placements, absences, saved lesson holds, and completed lesson records create the family plan. Downloaded printables can include the student name you chose.
Your information is used to sign you in, display your family’s teaching plan, provide school records, and help resolve account problems. Hosting, the school database, and backups run on Cloudflare. Sign-in messages are sent through Postmark. The parent site uses a necessary sign-in cookie, which can last up to 90 days and renew while you use the site. Sign out on a shared device.
Book purchases take place with the publishers and booksellers you choose. Their sites have their own privacy practices. If school-store checkout is available and you place an order, Stripe handles payment and Printful handles fulfillment; the store retains order and shipping information for fulfillment and support.
You can correct school and student details in Family, and download your school records from the records page. Your account data and archived school years stay available while the account is active. Backups also contain school data. Contact support@bellandflag.com from your sign-in email to ask about access, corrections, changing your email, account deletion, or how a request affects backups. We verify account requests before changing access or removing records.
The current parent site does not include advertising trackers, public student profiles, or student-to-student messaging. Do not place sensitive medical information or other unnecessary personal details in student names or school fields.
